Welcome! I have had the good fortune to develop more than 20 years of expertise in global PR and communications strategy, brand development, integrated marketing, executive communications, and intricate cross-group collaboration, including more than 15 years dedicated to building Microsoft's businesses such as Xbox, Azure, Surface, Bing, Office, Windows, and Skype. In addition, I have worked with startups and venture funds including Ellevest, Onyx, M12, and Ignition using captivating storytelling to compel momentum and herald milestones.

I’m also proud to be a certified coach, effective in helping individuals and teams take on new challenges and navigate through times of change.

Carol Grant
Founder & Advisor

Hi! I’m Carol Grant, founder of Core Collective. With more than 20 years of experience, I’ve been fortunate enough to hold roles that have given me a wide range of experience in marketing, from retail strategy to product marketing for tech solutions at companies like Microsoft and Zillow.

I’ve worked on iconic products like Microsoft Office, Windows, Xbox, and the Zestimate to name a few. I’ve also consulted with startups on early-stage products helping them shape product direction and go to market. In addition, I’ve driven large scale projects across matrixed organizations to push strategies and execution forward and have managed a multi-disciplinary marketing team

I consider myself a problem solver and activator, with the ability to connect the dots between customer needs and business value. Overall, I love working with companies to bring innovation to market, especially those with a mission to do good.
